The goal was to create an urban mixed-use environment in a tradtionally suburban setting, an environment which would attract tennants despite an increasing abundance of available office and retail space.
The design placed two six-story offset towers around a central courtyard incorporating a cafe, fountain, and a terraced seating area. The most advanced building technology in the vicinity - computer monitored electrical, mechanical and security systems - has been a positive factor in attracting tenants. due to a highly efficient floor plan, 85% of each floor is rentable space - and excellent ratio.
Light grey concrete panels lend a massive urban strength to the complex. By adding blue granite aggregate to the concrete and the sandblasting the finished panels, we gave a luxurious look to an inexpansive material
