Located at the end of a quiet lane with full sun, privacy and views. Originally constructed in 1973, this three bedroom single family home underwent extensive interior remodeling, a structural upgrade and a deck addition.  By readdressing function and incorporating open plan design aesthetics, the dramatic assets of the homes original architecture could be reimagined to accentuate the unique aspects of the site and the beauty of a more contemporary design.
